Accounts Receivable/Invoicing Administrator - 3 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Prepare and process client invoices
  • Ensure customer information is up to date
  • Process invoicing adjustments, accurately process customer payments against the correct invoice and account
  • Contact customers on any invoice or customer statement discrepancies
  • Ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely fashion
  • Respond to requests for information regarding accounts receivable from internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist with audit-related requests
  • Assist with other projects as needed

About You

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years of relevant Accounts Receivable/Invoice experience
  • Proficiency with computers: MS Office (Work, Excel)
  • Experience with NetSuite/Oracle or large ERP
  • Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$22 - $24/hour
