About the Opportunity
- Prepare and process deposits on a daily basis
- Perform a high volume of collections calls
- Post payments and ensure monthly deadlines are met
- File Accounts Receivable deposits and answer customer inquiries
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant Accounts Receivable and Collections experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with a large ERP Accounting system
