About the Opportunity
- Prepare and send statements to customers
- Contact customers on past due balances
- Manage and monitor assigned accounts
- Perform Account reconciliations as needed
- Liaise with various internal/external stakeholders as required to ensure smooth management of the process
- Organize and maintain appropriate files and documents
- Maintain and update dispute management system on investigation
- Obtain approval to close out dispute
About You
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Successful completion of post-secondary education in related field
- Strong communication skills both oral and written
- Experience with SAP an asset
- Intermediate to advanced level of Excel proficiency
Pay Rate
$18 - $20/hour
