About the Opportunity
- Post Accounts Receivable cash receipts daily
- Reconcile accounts to ensure that unallocated cash is properly allocated to outstanding invoices
- Prepare monthly billing journal entries
- Manage gift card program in a stand alone role
- Prepare monthly adjusting entries
- Prepare monthly revenue accrual entries
- Prepare back-up for Accounts Receivable invoices
- Identify and trace disputed transactions for subsequent follow up with Manager, Accounts Receivable
- Handle routine Accounts Receivable inquiries and reply to the hotels on a timely basis
- Send Accounts Receivable statements confirmation to hotels monthly
- Reconcile general ledger and balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis
- Reconcile intercompany Accounts Receivable accounts and perform intercompany transactions
- Identifying delinquent accounts and follow up with hotels for payment of fees and reimbursables overdue for 30 days
About You
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to write clearly and effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of full cycle accounting experience
- CPA enrolled with degree in Business/Accounting
Pay Rate
$25 - $28/hour
