Accounts Receivable Analyst (Closed)

About The Opportunity 

• Prepare and send statements to customers    
• Contact customers on past due balances    
• Manage and monitor assigned accounts    
• Perform account reconciliations as needed    
• Liaise with various internal/external stakeholders as required to ensure smooth management of the process  
• Organize and maintain appropriate files and documents 

About You 

• 4+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable and Collections experience    
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written    
• Experience with a large accounting ERP system, AS400 preferred  
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel proficiency 

Pay Rate 

$55,000 - $60,000/year
