About the Opportunity
- Ensure invoices are coded properly
- Record entries related to proceeded payments
- Track, process and review invoices
- Communicate with initiating managers, vendors and internal parties to manage payment requirements
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Re-charge reimbursable expenses to internal and external customers
- Prepare HST filings
- Cash management including reconciliations, funding transfers and posting journal entries
- Handle bank administrative transactions such as funding transfers, bill payments and EFT set up
About You
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Business/Accounting Diploma from an accredited college
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with online banking and wire transfers
Salary
$70,000/year
