Accounts Payable Specialist (Closed)

About the Opportunity 

• Perform the full cycle of accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner 
• Responsible for processing EFTs, wire transfers, and bank deposits    
• Correspond with vendors and assist with external/internal payment inquiries 
• Responsible for verifying the payment terms on the invoice and in the ERP system are the same    
• Any ad-hoc reports requested by management    

About You  

• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience    
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written    
• Experience with an accounting system    
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 

Salary 
$45,000 - $48,000/year
