About the Opportunity

Complete the full cycle of Accounts Payable including period-end reporting
Process a high volume of payable invoices, including 3-way matching, batching and coding
Complete GL, sub-ledger and bank reconciliations
Perform cheque runs
Reconcile Accounts Payable trial balance
Enter invoices and expense reports into Great Plains
Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies
Other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned

About You

3-5 years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
Experience with MS Dynamics Great Plains
Strong MS Excel skills - Pivot tables and V-lookups
Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$23 - $25/hour
