Accounts Payable Coordinator - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  •  Accurate processing of a high volume of invoices - both manual and automated
  • Matching back-up to payment advice, filing invoices
  • Arranging couriers for cheque delivery, stuffing envelopes and mailing cheques
  • Review manual payment batches before processing

About You

  • High school diploma with at least 2-3 years of clerical experience, in an automated accounts payable environment
  • Strong data entry skills, with speed and accuracy as key requirements
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast paced environment
  • High invoice processing experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of GST, HST, QST
  • Comfortable working in an Office 365 environment
  • High proficiency with MS Excel, Word
  • Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$20 - $22/hour
