Accounts Payable Clerk - 6 Month Contract

About the Opportunity

  • Processes invoices into Accounts Payable system
  • Reconciles vendor statements on a monthly basis
  • Responds to vendors inquiries on a timely basis
  • Responds to inquiries from management/other departments on a timely basis
  • Completes month end accruals
  • Requests new Vendors and submits changes for existing Vendors
  • Other duties as required

About You

  • Successful completion of a post-secondary degree, preferably in accounting
  • 3+ years’ of related Accounts Payable experience required
  • Previous knowledge of SAP
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook

Pay Rate

$20 - $23/hour
