About the Opportunity

  • Process invoices and expense reports
  • Ensure all payments are compliant and determine if escalation is required
  • Ensure sales taxes are accounted for
  • Issue wire transfers
  • Daily mail sorting
  • Assist with vendor maintenance
  • Weekly cheque runs
  • Assist with month-end

About You

  • 5+ years of full cycle accounts payable experience
  • Excellent problem solving abilities
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel

Pay Rate

$18 - $20/hour
