About the Opportunity

• Day-to-day accounting and administration of accounts payabl
• Administration of payments and accounting support, purchasing and disbursement cycle including, but not limited to, ensuring all invoices are approved by the appropriate individuals and coded to the appropriate project
• Processing employee expense reports
• Processing of payables, including coding , processing invoices, and matching
• Complete wire transfer payments, deposits and bank drafts as requested
• Reviewing vendor statements and following up on Vendor inquiries
• Participating in month and year-end closing procedures pertaining to the accounts payable cycle

About You

• 1+ year experience with Account Payables
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Works well independently and as a team

Salary
$50,000 - $52,000/year
