About the Opportunity
- Scan paper invoices
- Match accounts payable invoices to purchase orders and completion
- Code and enter invoices into our accounting system
- Facilitate invoice approvals with Management and Construction teams
- Issue cheques
- Respond to supplier and trade inquiries
About You
- 1+ year in accounts payable
- Past experience at a homebuilder (residential construction) organization
- Excellent communication skills and past experience working with vendors/subcontractors an asset
- Newstar software experience is an asset
Pay Rate
$18 - $20/hour
