About the Opportunity

  • Full cycle accounts payable, processing high volume of invoices
  • Data entry of invoices
  • Performs customer service-related responsibilities in a timely and courteous manner including internal and external communication activities
  • Addressing vendor inquiries

About You

  • Community college diploma in Accounting/Business Administration, or recognized equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of related work experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting practices, procedures and generally accepted accounting principles
  • Skill in performing detailed numerical computations
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to client service and satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP is required

Pay Rate

$18 - $19/hour
