About The Opportunity
- Process payables in an accurate and timely manner
- Manage vendor invoices related to day to day operations and capital assets procurement
- Ensuring proper allocation of expenses to cost centers and sub cost centers
- Ensure non purchase order related invoices follow proper approval for payment
- Process invoices to meet month end requirements
- Reconcile accrual accounts
- Address inquiries in a professional and timely manner
About You
- Attention to detail
- Accounting College Diploma
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in payables
- Must be highly organized and able work well under pressure (ability to multi-task)
- Team player with customer service orientation
- Excellent communication skills and intermediate excel skills
- JD Edwards or similar ERP experience
Pay Rate
$23 - $24/hour
