About the Opportunity

• Enter a high volume of invoices 
• Match Inventory invoices and the receipt of goods and addressing all discrepancies with appropriate departments
• Enter expenses, ensuring General Ledger accuracy and appropriate approvals
• Meet discount deadline of vendors and payments according to vendor terms
• Review supplier statements monthly and address all past due items
• Prepare and perform check runs

About You

• Post-secondary school diploma or certificate
• 2 years experience in a similar role
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Salary

$48,000 - $50,000/year
