About the Opportunity

Ensure timely and accurate analysis, reconciliation, coding and posting of invoices
Ensure timely and accurate payment processing and distribution of payments
Meeting all deadlines and cut-off dates
Process urgent “rush” time sensitive invoices and payments in a timely fashion
Follow up with business units on aging items, queries and rejections
Seek required back-up documentation from internal and external contacts
Assist Finance team with ad hoc tasks

About You

2-3 years of experience with full cycle Accounts Payable analysis
Great Plains experience is an asset
Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$24 - $29/hour
