Accounts Payable Administrator - 6 Week Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Maintain invoice control spreadsheets
  • Enter invoices in accounting system
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding invoicing and payment inquires and discrepancies
  • Communicate with vendors in a timely and professional manner
  • Reconciliation of vendor statements
  • Processing cheque runs
  • Experience processing and working with grant
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

About You

  • Diploma or degree in a related field
  • Experience using ERP software
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Self starter and able to work in a standalone position
  • Someone with high attention to detail

Pay Rate

$19 - $21/hour
