Accounts Payable Administrator - 1-2 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity  

  • Perform data entry duties and process invoices in a timely manner   
  • Responsible for processing EFTs, wire transfers, and bank deposits     
  • Ensure cheque runs are completed accurately     
  • Responsible for verifying the payment terms on the invoice and in the ERP system are the same     
  • Any ad-hoc reports requested by management    

About You   

  • 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience  
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written     
  • Experience with a large accounting software     
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills 

Pay Rate 

$20 - $21/hour
