About the Opportunity
- Process both Accounts Payable and Receivable for the organization
- 3-way matching, batching and coding of invoices
- Communicate with vendors to follow up on any discrepancies
- Handle credit memos as well as cash receipts
- Assist with audits and any other administrative duties
- Other ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned
- 3-5 years full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience working with large ERP platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Educational background in Accounting (diploma/degree)
$18 - $21/hour
