About the Opportunity

Full cycle AP processing
Verify receipts and process of personal expenses.
Prepare weekly payment runs
Matching and coding invoices accordingly.
Prepare monthly accruals on employee expense and vendor invoices for monthly closing.
Handling multi-currencies accounts and payments.
Reconciling vendor statements.

About You

2+ years' experience in full cycle AP
Experience with JD Edwards is an asset
Pivot tables & v-lookups knowledge strongly preferred
Excellent communication skills

Pay Rate

$23 - $26/hour
