About the Opportunity

Prepare reconciliations- Bank and Balance Sheet
Prepare financial and statistical Journal Entries
Update month-end Balance Sheet Analysis report
Perform Month-end S/L close
Assist/Back-up Accounting Clerk
Prepare working papers for external auditors
Review continuous improvement of Finance processes
Process end to end full-cycle payroll on a biweekly basis
Manage Payroll offboarding process, Vacation payout, ROE and HOOPP termination
Prepare and upload journal entries
Administer payroll queries with government agencies, other business partners
Coordinate with HR to resolve payroll discrepancies
Leads projects improvement of payroll and benefit processes

About You

PCP (Payroll Compliance Practitioner), certified or enrolled
Knowledge of full-cycle payroll
Experience with A/R and A/P
Experience with ADP Work Force Now would be an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willingness to work independently and as a team

Salary
$55,000 - $60,000/year
