About the Opportunity

  • Banking - cash deposits
  • Processing cash journals daily for our corporate stores
  • Support customers with missing invoices and statements by phone
  • Collections on open Accounts Receivable
  • Accepting payments on customer accounts
  • Filing of invoicing, cash journals and payables
  • Credit applications for new accounts to be verified
  • Support purchases for the stores (e.g., supplies and uniforms)
  • Support Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable team with month end tasks

About You

  • 1-2+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience
  • Ability to work in-office
  • Access to a vehicle

 

Pay Rate

$17 - $20/hour
