Accounting Manager (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Full Cycle Accounting, including AP/AR
• Prepare monthly financial data
• Monitor and reconcile tax installments, remittances, and refunds
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll, employee insurance management
• Audit & review financial information; liaise with external auditors
• Create management reports that can provide data visualization
• Monitor and update standard costs, reconcile inventory and update client information in QuickBooks
• Respond to administrative inquiries from clients
• Participate in the shipping and receiving of our products
• Ensure office is operating smoothly by managing vacation requests and leave coverage

About You

• Degree in accounting, finance, or similar
• 3+ years general accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
• Experience in either electronics, automotive or aerospace sector is an asset        
• QuickBooks experience an asset

Pay Rate

$37/hour
