Accounting Coordinator - 3 Month Contract

About The Opportunity 

  • Processing the payment of all accounts payable invoices 
  • Processes the electronic funds transfer 
  • Reconciles accounts payable subsidiary and general ledger 
  • Prepares Accounts Receivable Sales invoices 
  • Assists in the month-end financial statement process and prepares analysis as required on various general ledger accounts, including bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, prepaid and other balance sheet accounts

About You  

  • 3+ years of relevant Accounts Payable experience 
  • Proficient with Great Plains and MS Excel 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

Pay Rate 

$22 - $24/hour
