- Data entry of invoices
- Create POs, process payments
- Establish filing systems for all related documentation
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
About You
- Mix of accounting and administrative/clerical experience
- Experience with processing invoices and creating POs
- Strong data entry skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Pay Rate
$17 - $18/hour
