About the Opportunity
- Act as the primary point of contact for any incoming accounting-related inquiries
- Process a high volume of AP invoices daily
- Collect on overdue payments, receive payments from customers
- Assist with accounting related administrative duties - filing etc.
- Other ad hoc accounting or admin duties as assigned
- 3+ years of general accounting and admin experience - AP & AR
- Working experience with Quickbooks and strong user of MS Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work full-time in office
$20 - $23/hour
