About the Opportunity
- Provide Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and clerical support
- Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
- Prepare and execute vendor invoices and payments
- Entering info into Ceridian for payroll (will roll out to HR shortly)
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in accounting or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in full cycle accounting
- Strong command of MS-Word and MS-Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to work both independently and comfortably as part of a team
- Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to multitask
$45,000 - $50,000/year
