About the Opportunity
- Support the invoicing process, reconcile accounts and payments, and assist with month-end duties
- Ensure that AP and AR data is inputted into the accounting system accurately
- Perform journal entries
- Assist management with ad-hoc general accounting tasks
About You
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Recent working experience in the insurance industry or a closely related industry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with a large accounting system and Microsoft Excel
Pay Rate
$25 - $30/hour
