About the Company

Our client is a well-established organization in the building industry that specializes in HVAC. They are looking for an Accounting Assistant to assist with a variety of finance and accounting tasks along with administrative support.

About the Opportunity

  • Accounts payable and expense report data entry, ensuring invoice accuracy
  • Payroll backup and sales commission tracking
  • Monthly billing and payment reconciliation and collections
  • Customer support, change in ownership and payment detail records
  • Ensuring all paperwork and files are completed as required
  • General administrative support such as answering phones, taking/emailing messages, and filing

About You

  • 2+ years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of full cycle accounting and understanding of the accounting process
  • Extremely proficient with QuickBooks
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail

Salary

$45,000 - $50,000/year
