Accounting Analyst (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Assisting in Quarterly and ad-hoc pricing of new customers
• Setting up and maintaining rebate and commission trackers based on contractual obligations
• Validate billback reports provided by GFS and Sysco and identify and resolve discrepancies between billback and contracted pricing
• Consolidate billback reports to provide operator sales details to the commercial team to facilitate decision making
• Monthly TTS processing and reporting on total spend vs budget
• Assist in generating weekly sales report
• Assist in maintenance of monthly reports to ensure accuracy and reasonability
• Streamline files and process to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Provides additional assistance and support as needed

About You

• Should have accounting diploma
•  2-4 years’ of experience in CPG
• Experience in foodservice and knowledge of distributor, operators and customer contracts is an asset
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel VLOOKUP's, pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail
• Well organized with the ability to multi-task
• Works well in a team environment
• Solid analytical, technical, and problem solving skills

Salary

$55,000 - $60,000/year
