Accounting Analyst - 3 Month Contract (Closed)

About The Opportunity 

• Responsible for funding and booking all deals daily and providing meaningful and accurate reporting to the Dealers  
• Generate invoices and create detailed billing files for submission via bank, Enbridge, credit cards and other payment methods 
• Ensure payments received are deposited  
• Accountable for all billing aspects of customer contracts ensuring eLease is updated for accuracy and completeness  
• Support customer service and collections teams by processing requests and responding to queries promptly  
• Be accountable for accuracy of portfolio in eLease (i.e. terminating accounts, applying payments to principal, refunds)  
• Perform daily cash reconciliation 

About You 

• 1-2 years’ experience in a consumer financing environment  
• Knowledge in accounting / finance gained through education and experience  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong demonstrated analytical and logical thinking, with exceptional attention to detail  
• Strong knowledge in MS Office  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills  
• Sound organizational and time management skills  
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment  
• Knowledge of eLease or similar loan/lease management system is a plus 

Pay Rate 

$19 - $22/hour
