About the Opportunity

  • Communicate with vendors to convert acquired clinic invoice information to “bill to” information
  • Obtain acquired clinic vendor statement at time of close and support financial analysts in reconciling vendor balances pre-acquisition
  • Address clinic questions regarding vendor transition
  • New clinic acquisition planning: Liaise between banking partners and internal leadership team to set up new accounts (Moneris, and TD)
  • Continue to build upon new acquisition process documentation and process improvement
  • Attend biweekly new clinic acquisition planning meetings
  • Assist in new vendor set up in accounting system, reviewing vendor invoices and EFT details to ensure information is accurate and valid
  • Maintain list of users in banking systems and add new users as necessary
  • Administer all banking related products (bank deposit books, tokens, etc.)
  • Assist with quarterly clinic inventory count reconciliation to general ledger
  • Assist with intercompany bank transfers
  • Assist with other finance/accounting related requests, as needed

 

About You

  • 3-5 years’ experience as an Accounting Administrator
  • Post-secondary education in accounting, finance or relevant field
  • Strong attention to detail, with an ability to spot errors and problem solve
  • Well-organized with ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with a variety of seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office – Advanced Office Excel skills
  • Multi-site experience would be an asset
  • NetSuite experience would be an asset

 

Salary

$48,000 - $50,000/year
