Accounting/Administrative Clerk - 6 Months to Perm

About The Opportunity  

• Effectively executes the company’s processes related to entry, validation, and filing/storage of payables invoices with a focus on accuracy and timeliness 
• Transfer calls, booking meetings/hotel, travel coordination 
• Ensures payables are coded appropriately within the company’s accounting structure 
• Resolves Accounts Payable system issues 
• Processes Accounts Receivable side of netting payments for the company 
• Reviews and makes changes to the vendor master in the address book in the the company's Business System with remittance address changes, phone number changes and changes in terms
• Receives visitors and contacts the appropriate party to arrange for an escort from the main lobby 
• Receives mail & deliveries and distributes to appropriate employees 

About You  

• 3+ years of AP/Accounting experience 
• Strong MS Excel – Pivot tables & vlookups required 
• Large ERP experience – JD Edwards is a strong asset 
• Manufacturing experience is a very strong asset 
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable with Administrative tasks 

Pay Rate 
$23 - $26/hour
