About the Opportunity

• Support all accounting operations, including bank reconciliations, AR and AP processes, journal entries, and reconciling intercompany transactions
• HST filings
• Assist with investor reporting, income tax filings, year-end communications with auditors, budgeting processes, and reviews of third-party property-manager reporting

About You

• Yardi experience preferred
• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Real estate development accounting experience is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary

$55,0000 - $65,000/year
